When submitting a panel, please fill out the panel template. Then add as many filled out abstract templates as you have participants in your panel. Please submit all documents as one document. Please do not change the order of topics in the panel or abstract templates. All necessary templates can be found here:
In case you are submitting a double-panel please clearly indicate where the second panel begins. Thank you!
For those submitting an abstract, please do not include a literature list in your application, please send your CV and abstract as one document.
